NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the 2007 Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday 21st September 2007 at 6.00 p.m. at Coles Printery, Wildey, St. Michael.
AGENDA
1. Call to order.
2. Minutes of the 2006 Annual General Meeting.
3. Matters arising from the minutes of the 2006 Annual General Meeting.
4. Report from The Committee of Management.
5. Report on the Statement Of Accounts and to receive the Balance Sheet and Income Statement.
6. Election of officers and other committee members.
7. Appointment of Auditor.
8. General Business.
Note: All members desiring to attend and take part in the Annual General Meeting are reminded that under the rules of the Association their subs must be up to date as at the date of the meeting. If you have not received a subscription notice please remember while the Committee makes every effort to remind members of their responsibilities, the Association is not bound by any duty to remind persons that their annual subscriptions become due and payable on 1st July each year, and as such members are not absolved of their duty to pay due to the lack of a subscription notice.
